Questions
Pricing questions
Why don't you just post a single rate?
Because rates depend on your specific operation. A single-truck owner-operator and a 5-truck fleet have different needs. We price fairly for each.
Are there any setup fees?
No. Zero setup fees. Zero onboarding fees. You only pay commission on loads we successfully dispatch for you.
Are there monthly minimums?
No monthly minimums either. If we don't dispatch any loads in a month, you owe us nothing.
How do I pay you?
We invoice weekly via email. You can pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly via ACH, debit, or check.
What happens to my commission rate over time?
Once you sign at a rate, that's your rate. We don't raise it on you. If you scale up or stay long-term, you may qualify for lower rates.
Can I negotiate the commission?
Yes. Tell your closer what you're hoping for. We're reasonable as long as the math works for both of us.
Do you charge anything if a load is cancelled?
If a broker cancels (TONU) and you receive TONU pay, we charge standard commission on that pay. If we cancel before pickup, you owe us nothing.
